i have not ran for a week 😦
think i need a training plan so i can tick it off
i want to run three times a week and be able to 10k – not sure if three times a week ??
can someone write me one or point me in the direction of one ??
but i have been good i have drinking more water and feel that its doing me good and some press ups etc its all small
especailly after not doing for any stomach excercise since the birth if my child (??)
bits but its still doing it !!
