i did it .. i do it !!
last year when i started running i wanted to be able to run a long distance ‘cos i knew someone who had lost her weight by running and only be increasing length!
up to last month i was struggling to run say two and half kms
until i did race for life – my watch said i did less than 5km – due to not being able to run in a crowd of walkers at the start etc
BUT post that i did 5kms and i am still doing 5kms !!
go me !!
not sure when or if will go up to the 10km but for me a 5km is possible and i am chuffed
